| Insurance: |
You have both a third party, theft and
collision damage waiver. The insurance also includes (PAI) personal
accident insurance which gives you free medical attention in case
of an accident. THE CDW AND THEFT COVERAGE ARE SUBJECT TO AN INSURANCE
EXCESS AS STATED IN THE PRICELIST. An optional excess waiver is
offered as indicated. You will be held responsible for damage caused
by unauthorized use of the vehicle.
Many car hire companies do not allow young persons to rent a car
but with the Helle Hollis Young Drivers' Insurance
we now make it possible. The Young Drivers' Insurance is available
for:
groups A, B, C, D for 19 & 20 year olds and groups E, F, Q,
S, J, K for 21 & 22 year olds. Contact us for prices.
We don't have an upper age limit at Helle Hollis as we have arranged
for a Senior Driver's Insurance for drivers of
75 years of age or over.

| Petrol: |
In the tariff you have not paid for petrol.
This is to be paid on collection of the car. On your turn you leave
the car with an empty petrol tank. |

| Payment: |
Helle Hollis accept all major credit cards,
and therefore suggest you to pay the rental services with one of these.
Rentals from group E only by use of credit card. All payments are
to be effectuated on collection of the car. |

| Drivers: |
Minimum age for rentals is 21 years when
renting group A-D, minimum 23 years for rental of groups E-H and minimum
25 years for rental of group N and U. The client must hold a current
license that has been valid for at least one year. Additional drivers
have to be authorized and must be mentioned in the contract. |

| Minimum Rental: |
3 days. In case of extension 24 hours. |

|
| Vehicle Return: |
An extra hour is allowed for the vehicle
return. This time elapsed, an additional complete day will be charged. |

| Pickup Procedure: |
1. Airport Terminal Collection: Once you
have recovered your luggage, follow signs for "Car Hire" which will
bring you to the service office (end office).
2.Courtesy Bus pick-up :The Courtesy Bus brings you comfortably, in
a few minutes, from the Airport Terminal to the Head Office near by.
Head for main arrival hall. From there proceed to courtesy bus stop
in front of taxies and next to city bus stop. |
