Atalaya Golf & Country Club - Costa del Sol

Atalaya Golf consists of two 18-hole golf courses, Atalaya Old Course and Atalaya New Course. Atalaya is located west of San Pedro de Alcántara at the Costa del Sol next to the road towards Benahavís.

The Atalaya resort offers excellent practice facilities and the popular Atalaya Park hotel near the beach.

Atalaya Old course was opened in 1966. Designed by Bernard von Limburger, this

reasonable flat parkland golf course is easy to play because of its wide fairways. This course is a popular choice for many.

While teeing of on the first hole at Atalaya New Course, opened in 1992, it appears to be identical to the old course. But actually this more challenging golf course takes you land inwards towards the hills. Here you will find wonderful views, wildlife, vegetation and lakes.
